This probably needs some more thought, they are not following semver and this is not just a patch release.

NON SECURITY IMPORTANT NOTE: Users of lru_crawler metadump and mgdump commands will now receive an OK\r\n line before the metadata stream begins. This was always in the protocol spec but missing due to a bug. I decided to add it back in since it's confusing to users and easier to write a valid parser with both OK and END to signify stream boundaries. You may need to make minor updates to tooling to compensate.

I think we can merge this with confidence if it passes tests from #4414.

AFAICS sentry does not use any special thing from memcached which may get broken after these releases.
